- operational project management;
- development of the ranking methodology;
- collection of data and ranking preparation;
- organization of auditing the rating methodology;
- promotion of the project.
About the ARM non-commercial organization
- Founders: RAEX, VCIOM, Reputatsiya, AK&M, NRA
- It is planned to include in the list of founders the following entities:
- leading analytical and rating associations;
- rating users (including leading universities);
- founders of the project

- Composition: representatives of the ranking participant countries, experts from the list of ARM founders; representatives of the leading universities
- Functions: advisory and methodological support of the ranking
Until May 1st 2022, the project has been supported by Clarivate Analytics, providing data and metrics from InCites and Global Institutional Profiles Project (GIPP).
